I cannot say enough good things
We have used George Moving and Storage for the past two years for 2 residential moves and storage of our things. We have always been extremely happy with the level of service we received from our contact, Tyler and all the movers. Everyone has always been extremely kind, courteous, helpful, professional and efficient. This is a company that goes above and beyond to take care of both the customer and the customer's things. I can not say enough good things about our experience with George Moving and Storage!
A wonderful experience
I moved on 3/24/11 -- in the midst of a late year snow. The workers, who were all named 'Jim', were essentially unfazed by the weather and worked tirelessly and professionally throughout the entire time. They made the whole process almost fun. Amy, who contacted me before, during, and after the move was extremely efficient and personable. A wonderful experience. Frankly, I hope I don't have to move again for a long time; however, if I do, I wouldn't choose any other company.
Walked us through all aspects of the quote
wife and I received to quotes to move furniture from her mother's house in Pittsburgh to two locations in Midlothian,Virginia. Ben Morgan was the sales reoresentative that gave us an excellent quote and walked us through all aspects of the quote. Amy in operations and Dave and Frank (our packers and movers) were just as professional as Ben.

Tyler Minnick was our estimator and was the first representative we met. Our move was complicated (we had many stops) and Tyler was there for us every step of the way. He quoted us a reasonable fair quote. Tyler provided us with assurance in a stressful time with follow-up phone calls confirming dates, times, scheduling. On moving day George sent well mannered helpful movers. We would recommend George, and their staff to anyone moving.
This was the BEST move I've ever had
This is the 4th time I've used George Moving & storage for a move in 10 years. This was the BEST move I've ever had. From beginning with Sales (Debbie Bollman) to scheduling (Amy) to the packing team (Tina & Brian) the the move team (Jimmy and the guys) it was a great move. I recommend George Moving & Storage to everyone.
I can't say enough about how pleased we were
This is the second corporate move for us handled by George Moving within the past 10 years. Our first experience was great, but this time they went way over and above anything we could have expected. With a Friday/Saturday move date, we were informed the day of the move by building management that a local air show was going to close the road in front of our new office building on Saturday. George Moving worked until after midnight on Friday. Then they showed up at 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning before the road closure to finish the job. Anything we asked them to do was done quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with a move that could have gone bad except for the "can do" attitude of George Moving. Thank you Terry, Tim and the whole George Moving crew!
We had a good experience relocating from Pittsburgh area
we had a good experience relocating from pittsburgh area to Dallas and we were very happy with the services especially with our agent Ben Morgan who was very helpful and easing our minds with any issues or concerns .. one thing I like to mention is upon arrival to the area the crew who unload our furniture were little tired ?

Thanks so much for being so accomodating to my "special needs" of packing then waiting 5 days to load and move. Your company and employees made this normally stressful time easy and stress free. My kids and I were sad to see the movers leave as they were the only people we knew in our new town! Thank you again for being so professional, accomodating, friendly and efficient!
