Our consultant was professional and had no problem changing our quote multiple times to meet our shifting needs. The crew that came out to load the truck was awesome. They all were professional, courteous, and very careful. They were also very quick. Unloading in Illinois was equally fabulous. I would highly recommend George Moving to friends and family.

Paul Skalos, Certified Moving Consultant, did a great job with our in-home estimate. Even though it was summer – the busiest time of year for moving companies - he arrived on time, compiled our estimate in an efficient yet attentive manner, was pleasant, and didn’t use any high-pressure sales tactics. Later, Paul responded to our phone calls/emails faster than I’ve ever seen anyone do (and we had a LOT of questions). Because of his professionalism, we had a highly favorable impression of George Moving and Storage/North American Van Lines. We’d like to thank Paul for some great customer service!

I can't say enough about Justin and his crew. They went above and beyond! It was a local move but I was pretty much on my own. There was glitch in communications, and it was to be a two day move, which I was not aware of. In the course of the day Justin had mentioned it, and I said What? Well Justin worked it all out and they got some of my things to my new place, particularly My Bed! Lol. They just worked so hard, I have a few heavy pieces but they were amazing! They all made a time of great stress easier for me. Cudos to Justin and his hard working and professional team! Thank You!

George Moving & Storage did an amazing job with our move from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh, PA. Their office staff were always quick and responsive in getting us a quote, moving times, and other info. The moving team was fantastic at both ends - very professional, efficient, friendly, and took care to wrap all necessary furniture pieces in protective blankets. Parking in Philly is tricky, so we were also very grateful that the driver communicated with us early in the day so that everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend them!

George's Moving did an outstanding job of moving us from Wexford, Pa to Bonita Springs, Florida. Debbie, Renee and Jack and his crew were awesome. Debbie and Renee kept us updated and very professional and Jack and his crew were wonderful. They were efficient, considerate and packed furniture and moved it making sure every piece of furniture was completely covered and secure. They were so careful with our belongings. Packing was superb! We have moved several times and never have we had such a wonderful experience! Kudos to all the team on their efficiency and outstanding job!!

First, let me say all the men who picked up and delivered our furniture and boxes were hard working and wonderful about protecting our floors and homes. However, the salesman and customer service representative were unresponsive, unclear, and vague about our costs, our responsibilities, and payment details. Our goods were picked up, and were not delivered until a week later, the truck sat at their truck lot nearly the entire week. We were aware of the possibility of this time frame, via our estimate, but every day was a guessing game, wondering when we would be informed about our delivery to our new address. The dispatcher, and customer service representative seemed to not even care about our business or us. And now, I have paid nearly 6,000 for a pickup and delivery, and can not even get a return email nor a call, regarding my question on total weight.

My location is in Beaver and unfortunately the website doesn't give Beaver as a selection. On April 13, 2018, the team of 4 men from George Moving & Storage did an outstanding job of unloading a 45' container and getting everything to fit into the 2 self storage units I rented. They started about 9.00 and finished just before 12 noon. They did not take smoke breaks or were caught standing around playing with their phones. In fact they would've finished a lot quicker if it wasn't for my crazy plan how I wanted the boxes separated between the two units. On paper it looked good. In reality the boxes were not going to fit in the two 10 x 20 units. Lanny the driver came to my rescue and said if allowed, he could make it fit. They took most of the boxes out and re-stacked them again! Everything fit in and as far as I can tell, nothing was damaged. The team I had were worth mentioning - I think their names were Lanny - driver & team leader - really good guy to work with - plus George and Anthony. Sorry I'm great at remembering faces and can't remember the fourth guy's name. Definitely will always keep this company's number handy when I need to move again. My experience - absolutely worth 5 stars!
