Interstate Move
Quoting process was very comprehensive. However, we forewarned the sales rep that they may have issues getting a moving truck down our street. We were assured and reassured this would not be an issue. On loading day, it was an issue. The sales rep wanted us to pay additional fees, and we respectfully said no because we were transparent up front, and we were not responsible for determining what size of truck they would use for the move. The driver, Delono G., was extremely professional and his crews on both ends (loading and unloading) were courteous and very efficient. We're not finished unpacking, but so far we have seen little to no damage. Compared to other companies we received quotes from, they were the most thorough in taking inventory and the price was guaranteed. Aside from the one issue mentioned, the overall experience was very positive.
