Excellent customer service. From the first phone call discussing my needs to the last piece of furniture placed in the apartment, I was blown away by the service. The movers were two of the nicest guys. Took such great care of my furniture and made sure even I was taken care of. I was on crutches from surgery, and they made sure I had a seat to sit in at all times, no matter what. I will definitely be using George Moving for all my moving needs! Thank you for everything!
Move thoughts
The move was fine and the guys were great. Not having wardrobe boxes was an inconvenience. I also don't appreciate the billing process. If you want to apply a $500.00 security or 50% of the estimate up front, I'm ok with that, but over billing days in advance then making work for me insofar that I now have to likely make multiple inquiry's into my charge card online to see when and if billing refund has hit my account... I didn't and don't like that kind of process and would recommend changing it:.. If asked, I'll share what I felt were the good and not good experiences related to the move.

One less worry
We recently made a cross country move from Ohio to Wisconsin. So many things to make happen and at times stress over. Much of that stress was relieved by Jack and his Ohio and then Wisconsin crew. They were awesome on both ends. So considerate of us and our belongings. They looked for was to make the whole thing easier . Certainly was one less worry knowing Jack was meeting us on the other end!

The laborers performance was exceptional as the crew leader Paul took charge and the team worked well together. The moving team was respectful, hard working, and upbeat.
