George Records Express (GRE) is a commercial records storage
center located in Freedom, PA, founded by George Moving
and Storage.
We offer organizations in the western Pennsylvania area

Hard Copy Document Storage
Our storage facility is electronically monitored 24/7/365
for security and fire and is designed to safely protect:

- Architectural and engineering drawings.
Every carton or drawing tube that enters our facility receives
a barcode number that is entered into a database along with
a brief description of its contents, which allows for flawless
computerized tracking.
Computer Media Storage & Rotation Services
GRE has an environmentally controlled computer media storage
space, which is:
- Electronically monitored 24/7/365 for security and fire.
- Secured within concrete wall construction and locking steel doors.
- Temperature and humidity controlled.
- Tracked via the random barcoding system.
Destruction Services
GRE offers confidential certified records destruction services
for both hard copy and computer media records. All information
is shredded or pulverized and then recycled. If you need
information destroyed at your office, we offer on-site information
destruction services, too.
Easy Access to Your Information
Don't worry. If you need to retrieve your information after
regular business hours, we offer 24/7/365 access to your
information. Our couriers will pick up and deliver records
in company-owned vehicles and bring your records straight
to you or other designated drop-off site. We offer Standard,
Priority and After-hours delivery and pick-up service.
On-site Tracking Capabilities from Your Office
Internet-based Infokeeper software allows you to manage
your entire database from your own PC and transmit requests
to, and receive responses from, GRE.
Our Computer System
Our state-of-the-art computerized tracking system provides
complete security checks that create a fail-safe system
of protecting your off-site records storage inventory. And
we can provide you with various reports, such as:
