Looking for something fun to do with the kids this summer? Move over Chuck E. Cheese’s, Station Square has something for everyone. If you have little ones that are train enthusiasts, they’ll go crazy over the P&LE railroad station set-up, which has been transformed into 1.2 miles of entertainment and eating options.

Here’s a list of some attractions that might be fun for you and the kids:

Take a River Tour: Climb aboard the Getaway Clipper Fleet and cruise through three rivers. There are sightseeing cruises or dinner cruise options – if you decide to get a sitter.

Don’t Miss the Fountain Shows: The Bellagio isn’t the only place with a killer fountain show. Grab a seat at the Fountain at Bassemer Court and watch the Waltzing Waters Liquid Fireworks Show. The show features colored water jets that shoot water over 40 feet in the air, while dancing to choreographed music.

Carriage Rides: Take a tour or a short ride through Station Square for $20. This ten-minute ride will be sure to make an impression on your little ones.

Just Ducky Tours: A local favorite, this amphibious vehicle will take you on a tour by land and by water. It includes a tour through the city and then you get the unique experience of watching the Just Ducky transform into a boat for the rest of the tour.

Molly’s Trolleys: Come onboard a 1920’s Trolley and enjoy a 2-hour tour of the city. This tour will be for kids that are a little older, as the ride time is long. Check out Molly’s Trolleys website for seasonal rides that might be geared for children of different ages.

As your preferred Pittsburg mover, we enjoy keeping you up-to-date on fun things to do in our city. If you have other suggestions for the Station Square area, leave a comment below.
